We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return: To start a return, contact us at support@jarixo.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@jarixo.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care or hygiene items that have been opened or used
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@jarixo.com.
