Free Shipping Jarixo offers FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required, no hidden fees at checkout. Available on all products to all 50 US states.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Time Standard Delivery: 3–15 business days after processing is complete. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier performance, and weather conditions.
Shipping Destinations We ship to all 50 US states only. We do not ship internationally, to US territories, to Military APO/FPO addresses, or to PO Boxes.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after the email is sent. You can also view your order status in your account dashboard.
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is automatically selected based on the most efficient route for your location.
Delivery Issues
- Lost or stolen packages: First check with household members, neighbors, or your building management. Verify your shipping address is correct. If the issue persists, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@jarixo.com. Jarixo is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
- Damaged in transit: Photograph the box and items immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours at support@jarixo.com. Keep all original packaging.
- Incorrect address: Orders cannot be modified once processing has begun. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to a reshipping fee.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you are responsible for any reshipping costs if you'd like the order resent. A restocking fee may apply.
Order Modifications & Cancellations Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a modification or cancellation at support@jarixo.com with your order number. Once processing begins, changes cannot be guaranteed. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled — our Refund Policy applies.
Peak Seasons & Holidays Processing and delivery times may be extended during major holidays and peak shopping seasons. Holiday shipping deadlines will be communicated via our homepage and email.
