The box arrived in poor condition, I charged the product for a little over 2 hours until the light stopped blinking, I tested it, the vibration and heat control work well, as does its laser. It comes with a USB cable and a Type-C port. I loved that the user information was available in many languages; normally I have to do translations, but this time it wasn't necessary. It arrived before the expected date!! I recommend it.

# Everything is fine, they were received today, Thursday, January 8th, it was marked as delivered, however, I had not received it. It was tracked with the parcel carrier, delivered to the wrong address, it was retrieved and I finally received it. I filed a request for an adjustment and refund, but now it's closed. I repeat, everything is okay.

The knee massager is fantastic as i've used it each day since having the delivery and its working well. I used it on the next heat setting and it got hot, but another day i used it on bare skin, which wasn't a good idea as my skin got to extremely hot.

The manual says not too run the unit flat, so after each couple of days i recharge using another c type that limits the charge period, so it doesn't over charge the battery.
