How long should I use my neck massager?
Follow the session length in the manual supplied with your Jarixo Pro. Start gently, stay awake and stop if uncomfortable. A longer or stronger session is not necessarily more comfortable, so keep your routine within the guidance provided.
Can I use Jarixo Pro beyond my neck and shoulders?
Jarixo Pro can also be positioned on the back, waist, hips and legs where shown in the supplied manual. Follow the instructions for each body area and choose a comfortable setting.
Can I use it with a pacemaker?
Do not use Jarixo Pro if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device. If you have an existing medical condition, consult your clinician before use and follow the supplied safety instructions.
How does the wireless remote help?
The wireless remote lets you adjust massage modes, intensity and heat without reaching behind your neck for the device controls. Start with a gentle setting and choose the feel that is comfortable for you.
Is Jarixo Pro a rechargeable neck massager?
Yes. Jarixo Pro has a 2,000mAh rechargeable battery and USB-C charging, so it can operate without a trailing power cord after charging. Follow the supplied charging instructions. Battery runtime varies with use and settings.
Can I adjust the massage and heat?
Yes. Jarixo Pro offers three massage modes, three intensity levels and a listed heat range of 38°C to 45°C. Modes describe the massage pattern; intensity levels change how strong it feels. Start low and adjust for comfort.
