Once shipped, follow the carrier link in your email. Estimated delivery is 3–15 business days after processing, depending on your destination.

Where can I find my tracking number?
We send your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email once your order ships. Search for Jarixo in your inbox and check spam or promotions.
Why hasn’t tracking updated yet?
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to become active after the shipping email is sent. If tracking shows no movement for 10 consecutive business days, email us and we will investigate with the carrier.
What if my delivery is delayed?
Delivery estimates can vary with carrier performance, customs clearance, weather, and peak periods. Send our team your order and tracking numbers if you need help understanding an update.
Tracking says delivered, but I cannot find my parcel.
Check with household members, neighbours, or building management and confirm the shipping address on your order. Contact the carrier and email Jarixo if you need help with the next steps.
