Heat built in, three real temperatures
Not one vague warm setting. Three measured levels at 98.6°F, 113°F and 131°F, each with its own indicator colour, so you can pick gentle body-temperature warmth or something noticeably hot.

CERVICAL SUPPORT & HEAT
Contoured 55D memory foam with three levels of built-in warmth, for the thirty minutes before you sleep.

The twenty minutes before sleep
The screen time, the driving, the way you slept last night. By the time your head hits the pillow the muscles across the back of your neck are still tight, and lying flat on a normal pillow does nothing to change that. You shift, you fold the pillow in half, you end up on your side, and you wake up no looser than you went to bed.
Warmth is what actually helps stiff tissue let go, which is why a hot shower before bed works. This pillow does both jobs at once: contoured 55D memory foam that supports the natural curve of your neck, with a heating pad built in underneath, adjustable across three levels and switching itself off after thirty minutes.
How to use it
Think of this as two products in one. The heat is a wind-down routine you run for thirty minutes before sleep. The pillow underneath is a proper contoured cervical support pillow you keep using all night with the power off and unplugged.
Lie back so the raised edge sits under the curve of your neck and the hollow cradles the back of your head. The foam takes a minute to warm and mould, so give it that before deciding on the height.
Long press the button to switch the heat on. Short presses cycle the three levels: blue is 98.6°F, green is 113°F, red is 131°F. Start on blue. Red is genuinely hot and is meant for short, attentive use, not for drifting off on.
The heat stops itself after thirty minutes, and separate overheat protection cuts it independently. Unplug the adapter once the session ends, then carry on sleeping on the pillow as an ordinary cervical support pillow.
Why this one
Walk the cervical pillow category and you will find memory foam, contours, cooling gel and bamboo covers. Built-in adjustable warmth is rare, and warmth is the thing that actually helps tight muscle release before sleep.
Not one vague warm setting. Three measured levels at 98.6°F, 113°F and 131°F, each with its own indicator colour, so you can pick gentle body-temperature warmth or something noticeably hot.
High-density foam that conforms to the curve of your head and neck and spreads weight evenly, rather than a soft pillow that flattens and lets your head tip back.
A 30-minute timer shuts the heat off, and separate overheat protection cuts the heating independently. Both matter on a product you might fall asleep against.
The 95% polyester and 5% spandex cover unzips for hand washing, and an eye mask is in the box, so the whole wind-down routine arrives together.
In the box
A contoured memory foam cervical pillow with heat built in, adjustable across three levels. The Jarixo heated cervical pillow supports the natural curve of your neck in 55D zero-pressure memory foam, and adds warmth for a thirty-minute wind-down before sleep. Two independent safety systems shut the heat off on their own.
Cervical pillows rarely come with heat. Most of the category offers memory foam, contours, cooling gel or bamboo covers, but warmth is the thing that actually helps tight muscle release, which is why a hot shower before bed helps. This does both jobs: run the heat for a session, then keep sleeping on it unplugged as an ordinary cervical support pillow.
The heated cervical pillow, an eye mask, a 5V/2A adapter that takes 100 to 240V, a Type-C cable about 60 inches long, and a user manual.
It is plug-in, not cordless. The adapter stays connected while the heat runs, and you unplug it afterwards. The top setting reaches 131°F. Start on the lowest level, and do not fall asleep on the highest one. The heat is a thirty-minute routine before sleep, not something to run all night.
Lie back so the raised edge sits under the curve of your neck. Long press the button for heat, short press to cycle the three levels, starting on blue. After thirty minutes the heat stops itself; unplug the adapter and carry on sleeping on the pillow.
Hand-wash the cover only; never wash or submerge the pillow, as the heat button is wired to the electronics inside. Do not use the heat function if you have reduced sensation in your neck or shoulders. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have a neck injury, a diagnosed neck condition, diabetes, circulation concerns, an implanted device, or if you are pregnant.

Why people upgrade

New to the range
We would rather say that plainly than pad the page. It is covered by the same 30-Day Happiness Guarantee as everything else we sell, so you can try it and send it back if the height or the heat is not right for you. If you do buy it, a review afterwards genuinely helps the next person decide.
Before you buy
No. The heat runs for thirty minutes and then shuts itself off by design, and you should unplug it after the session. Use the warmth as a wind-down before sleep, then carry on sleeping on the pillow itself with the power off. The top setting reaches 131°F, which is not a temperature to drift off against.
No. It is a plug-in device and the adapter must stay connected while the heat is running. A 5V/2A universal adapter and a 60 inch Type-C cable are included, so it reaches most bedside sockets. The pillow works perfectly well unplugged as a plain cervical pillow.
It uses 55D high-density memory foam, so it is supportive rather than soft, and it is 3.5 inches at the highest point of the contour. Give it a minute to warm and mould before judging. If you normally sleep on a very flat pillow, or you are a dedicated stomach sleeper, a contoured cervical pillow may feel too tall at first.
The cover unzips and is hand-washable only. Never machine wash it, and never wash or submerge the pillow itself: the heat button on the cover is wired to the electronics inside. Let the cover dry completely before putting it back on.
We are not able to claim that. This is a comfort and wellness product, not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Plenty of people find contoured support and warmth comfortable before sleep, but if you have a diagnosed neck condition, an injury, or reduced sensation, please speak to your doctor or physiotherapist before ordering.
